"Police will shoot and kill civilians even for jaywalking. Bullshit, you say? But police already have their own OFFICIAL term for it. They call it "minimum necessary escalation in the force continuum"."

Yet another post full of vitriol, and light on fact. You need to lay off the colorful, interesting, but completely contentless posts, and try to stick to relevent points.
As for the second amendment rights, many states have concealed carry laws, whether allowing or disallowing concealed weapons is constitutional is something left to the supreme court, but as it stands the people in California vote for those who make the laws, and the police enforce those laws, if the people of california didn't like it, they wouldn't vote.
You see, the police uphold all laws - even the laws you don't like. So whine as much as you want, the simple fact is you can't have everything your way, living in a democracy means you have to make compromises, and live with the fact that not everyone thinks like you.
Cooper was a moron because he broke the laws of his state, that were supported by his fellow citizens, and rather than contest them in court as any civilized individual would do, he was grappled by delusions of grandeur and decided to go out with a bang.
I won't deny that there is abuse carried out by police, but your views are simply too far fetched, and based on your posts, I can only assume that your beliefs have no factual grounding.
