I'm glad high school students aren't running the country. You are justifying bad behavior. A right and a wrong does not make a right. Person commits multiple murders, then 10 years later Person writes children books, therefore Person is innocent because of helpful writing books. That's really bad logic. The guy had 10 years to debate his innocence. His loss for not proving his innocence.

How about I use your logic again on another real situation?

My family lives in a bad neighborhood. Recently people have stolen things from our yard and tried to break into the house. The people who steal these things give a couple bucks to a friend who needs food. Therefore they are INNOCENT & shouldn't be considered for stealing! Flawed logic. If anything, people who steal need a stiff sentence against them, not coddling because they came from a bad neighborhood. Criminals are not the victims!
