Marching, Pausing, Reaching Out and Performance at the Peace and Unity March in Watsonville

On October 16, the 12th Annual Peace and Unity March was held in Watsonville. About 250 people participated in the march which went through numerous communities in downtown Watsonville.

This march conmemorates all carnales and carnalas who have died of gang, domestic, and international violence in our community. For 11 consecutive years the Brown Berets have brought the different barrios together in a march which encompasses Watsonville as a whole. We are not only advocating for peace, but also for unity within our barrios.

Military Recruiters Shut Down in San Diego: Protests Planned in Santa Cruz

Another lame attempt at tracking dissidents On October 13, 2005 Military recruiters at San Diego State University were completely shut down during student protests. 911 for Undergraduates: based on sources from The Monterey Institute of International Studies and the Naval Post-Graduate School in Monterey

The the long term polarization of the former British empire and its relationship to the rise of Taliban was much studied prior to 911. Unfortunately for the victims of 911, government experts had to find jobs in academia after the election of George W. Bush.

Karl F Inderfurth, formerly of the State department is an important example. The progress he achieved has been single-handedly dismantled by Bush himself.
