the action was taken not as a personal attack on the military recruiters but to raise awareness of policies that do not respect the whole spectrum of American citizens.
We support the soldiers/marines etc and the people on the frontlines - not the ridiculous and hurtful policies that come down from the untouchable war profiteers from above...

If this is a strike against the sexuality policy the military is ordered to adhere to, what policy makers were affected?

This tactic should be used on the front lines of the next major challenge to world elites. Pictures of police pepper-spraying kissing people (of all persuasions) would DEEPLY touch many more people! Good show!

This is an action taken by a bunch of young people that have no understanding of what it actually takes to keep our country free.

I wonder if you would also demonstrate this kind of behavior when the Educational Institutions come to recruit? I mean if you are promoting EQUALITY then you should not be hippocrites with your own actions.

I can also tell you this: The majority of people in the military do not want gays nor do they support gay rights. Why do you feel it necessary to shove this down their throats? In the eyes of the majority 'homosexuality' is not acceptable, nor are they a large enough group to be even termed a minority.

Please grow up and respect the rights of the Majority.

Perhaps CitizenX should grow up and leave his/her personal prejudices out of the argument so it won't sound quite so ignorant. Also, I'm pretty sure that a group of people being too small to be a minority doesn't quite fit the meaning the word "minority." ;)

The majority of people in the military do not want gays or support gay rights? Huh??? I grew up in middle class, conservative America -- as I matured I realized that sexual orientation has Zip to do with being a good citizen or a good person. A LARGE number of the people in the military, fighting for our freedom, serving their country Already Are Gay. The extra price they pay is because of some people's narrowmindedness.

It's middle America that needs to grow up, not these students. Best wishes to protestors.
