Karl Rove: Indictment Coming, But No Divorce From Bush

President Bush now says he will fire for convictions, not mere leaks. The consensus of lawyers is that Karl Rove will be indicted by the grand jury now in session in Washington, DC, in the Valerie Plame outing case -- and not for what you think. Special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald appears to have a slam-dunk case under Title 18, Sec. 641, USC (which is NOT about outing a covert agent) just as the DOJ did for leaker Jonathan Randel, who got a year in prison. Karl Rove was abandoned by both of his parents -- the man he called Dad left home, Rove found out "Dad" wasn't his father after all (his aunt and uncle "outed" this at the dinner table), and his mother committed suicide.

They are putting the children in solitary confinement, retaliating against the parents who stand up and speak out in defense of the youth locked up. As I'm sure you all know, solitary confinement is difficult enough for an adult to deal with, too many adults suffer mental illness for the rest of their lives as a result of solitary confinement in the prisons. The system in on the attack against the people. Those of us who can, we need to oppose this torture, we need to defend our youth who cannot defend themselves, especially when they are locked up.

Day 2 of Whitesville march

On day 2, protesters marched through the town of Whitesville, WV. At the far end of town, a red car swerved off the road and came inches from Bo Webb, in an obvious attempt to hit him. After the attempt, a lady jumped out of the car and turned her license plate up, making it impossible to read.
