Krohn to cover Republican Convention on Free Radio

Christopher Krohn will be phoning in from New York on Sunday August 29th to update the march and protests going on there. He has agreed to call during Bathrobespierre's Broadsides (9:30 am to 1 pm) and possibly during other shows.
Sometime after 9:30 AM on Sunday August 22nd, former Mayor Christopher Krohn will call in to update us on protest events in New York City.

He left me a message before leaving for NYC on Saturday. Tune to Bathrobespierre's Broadsides at 101.1 FM if you want to hear his reportage--though I'm not sure when it'll be coming through.

Questions can be phoned in at 831-423-4833 (prior to his call), e-mailed in at rnorse3 (at), or written in via chat room at .

I also hope to have Krohn do a follow-up show
where we will discuss homeless civil rights, homeless services, local democracy, rent control, community control of police, corporate redevelopment of Santa Cruz, the future of Santa Cruz's "progressive" movement, and the loathsome details of the incestuous doings of the staff and city council.
