Despite warnings from the White House, many residents from Santa Cruz's South County are unfazed by the threat of global terrorism.

From 5,000 to 7,000 people of all ages came out to learn more about peaceful alternatives to the war that the President (thief!) says is inevitable.

Over 5,000 people in Santa Cruz joined millions of others in cities around the globe calling for a peaceful resolution to the crisis with Iraq. Here is a short collage of some of their voices reading aloud the messages written on their placards. 128 kbps 3:06
