Backing Up in Parking Lots
Why is it that drivers almost always dodge behind someone backing out of a parking space?
I've lost count of the number of times that I have been cut off by a driver that had a couple of feet, no more, to spare when I was backing out of a parking space. Has anyone else experienced this and if so who is right/has the right of way? People just zoom on by as long as there are a few inches left of room to get by.

In more extreme crash cases, like if someone is injured this data is actually used in court. But worth considering asking for if you are ever in a wreck and you believe you were in the right.
The first link is a case in Canada where the box showed that the person was not only driving recklessly he didn't even take his foot off the gas when he smashed into the other car.
