Action Day For A Better California - Part II

Californians from all over the state met in Sacramento to tell the governor: we won't be silent while you try to run over our cities, schools and hospitals like a spoiled, testosterone-poisoned movie star driving drunk behind the wheel of a giant gas-worshipping Hummer!

Just as they are usually some of the first people at the schools they serve, the California School Employees Association were the first to march into the rally. Their ranks were strong and they all blew into ear-piercing whistles. If Arnie was anywhere nearby, he heard it.

All of these injured workers have struggled to get basic medical treatment for their condtions. Despite the pain they deal with, they came out to tell the governor to stop cutting Worker's Compensation and start a single-payer health plan.

There are those "crazy" San Franciscans, always supporting their pet liberal causes, such as PUBLIC EDUCATION. They had quite a large contingency at the rally.

Banner reads: "Arnold: California is not for sale." There are also two websites listed. The first is:
arnoldwatch.org; the second is unintelligible.
More than 27,000, including local activists, gathered around the capitol in solidarity against the governor's misplaced priorities.
