Finland, Vantaa - “Bribing already exceeds Russia budget income by 2.6 times? writes leading Finnish newspaper Helsingin Sanomat on its Fridays’s number.

Ex-president’s Boris Jeltsin’s advisor and modern Russia’s critic Georgi Satarov from Indemin has committed an interview study consisting of 3000 persons and 1000 corporations.

According to Indemin’s study annual sum in bribing is 316 milliard USD, and corporations bribed officials 244000USD on average, where as in 2001 the sum was 23000USD.

In education people used 580 million USD in bribing and 400 million USD in health-care.
