The third day's protests were focused on Sylvester, WV, where coal dust from a mountaintop removal mine has polluted the air of the small town, making black lung something everyone has to be wary of, not simply deep miners. After soda and chips at the home of the Dustbusters, women who've rallied Sylvester to fight for cleaner air in their community, the entire march dawned masks for a silent march to face off with the Pro-massey counter-protesters. After a few minutes of insults from counter-protestors holding signs like "Pink ink, you stink", "Got soap" and "Go home, outsiders", the protesters got up, sang Amazing Grace, and marched away with their fists in the air.
