The October 22nd National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, Repression
and the Criminalization of a Generation is happening in San Jose, CA this
year. Please come to Emma Prusch Farm Park, 647 South King Rd, (near Story
Rd) in San Jose at 11am. Since this is a war on the people, the anti-war groups
should also be involved in this. The brutality of the soldiers at Abu-Ghraib
prison in Iraq was first done by those same prison guards on the prisoners in
prisons here in this country. The abuses that the soldiers commit on the
Iraqi people are similar to the abuses that the thugs in blue do to the
people in hood.
We are still looking for organizations and individuals to endorse. We of
course need more volunteers. If you are interested to endorse, participate,
volunteer, etc. please contact:

There has been a rise in the thugs in blue attacking, assaulting and
murdering the people, including here in the south bay. Please, make the
effort to save the date, Saturday 22nd October and march, rally and protest
with us against the brutality and the repression and the criminalization of
the youth and the people, especially non-European people. We need to make a
statement that says we have had enough.
Please see the call for a National Day of Protest on our new website,
www.bayarea1022.org
We also have a local flyer that is in a .doc format- email us at
oct22sf (at) yahoo.com if you'd like us to send it to you.
