The U.S. Supreme Court, on October 11, 2005, ruled against Tookie on his final appeal and set his execution date for December 13. Thus they disregarded 9 of the 24 Ninth Circuit Court judges' assertion that the District Attorney at Tookie's trial employed "reprehensible and unconstitutional" racist tactics, using animal-in-a-jungle metaphors to refer to Tookie and to the South Central environment in which he lived. This landmark ruling means that minorities can now legally be rejected from juries based on race. This is now the law of the land.

Kill four people, least that's what thet say.
His awaking came, to end the bloodshed.
No more gang violence, no more people dead.
Writing children books, truly came from his heart.
Tookie wanted our kids, to have a fresh start.
His book Redemption, would change dangerous minds.
He speaks of his past, how he was so blind.
But because he's black, he will die in the chair.
Clemency for Tookie, is blowing in the air.
Now it's 12:01a.m.,Tookie calmly sits down.
Strapped to a chair, slowly looking around.
Now it's 12:35, Not Guilty his last breath.
Wrongly accused, and wrongly put to death. Amen!

Redemption for mankind or for his-self, but because there was no concrete evidence that proved, Mr.Williams to be the killer of four
people he was accused of murdering. I'm from South Central L.A. also, Nickerson Gardens Project. A project were police think they are untouchable, can do anything they want and get away with it. I am telling you all the truth. The police back in the late 70's were very mean and evil. These police were always white or red skinned. They treated black men very badly, always kicking an ass or two. I have experienced some bad times with these so called officers of the law. These police were very racist back then,Klu Klux Klan. Like the movie Missisippi Burning, the police hated black people also. Look at Rodney King, who beat his
ass down? The Police beat himm and if the video wasn't in court, they would have gotten fully away with trying to kill him. So you tell me,did the police target Tookie or what. Tookie may have did other things in life that he shouldn't have, but killing these four people,I truly believe he is Not Guilty. Overall, Tookie should have been allowed life again. thank you all for listening to me,God bless you and yours.Amen!
