Scott Edgar Dyleski (born October 30, 1988) is a 17-year-old college student and the neighbor of Pamela Vitale, the wife of prominent attorney Daniel Horowitz. In the fall of 2005, Dyleski was accused of beating her to death in her Lafayette hills home. He is currently being held on $1 million bail, is due back in court February 14, 2006.
