Job seekers cited at Kmart parking lot

Deputies cited several men for minor violations at the Kmart shopping center on 41st Avenue last week after numerous complaints about crime in the area where laborers wait for work, according to Sheriff’s Office reports.
Two Watsonville men were cited for selling soup, for $1 per cup, from their car without a permit.
Three other Watsonville men were cited for pitching coins.
