‘Friendship’ film

Here’s something free and enlightening. The award-winning documentary “The Friendship Village,” which focuses on a Vietnam veteran’s transformation from warrior to peacemaker, will be screened at the Vets’ Hall, 846 Front St., Santa Cruz. The screening takes place Wednesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. It’s free, but donations will be accepted. For more information, call 429-6302.
