Our needs are:

- location with its own entrance/exit able to be securely locked (keep out the FCC)

- owner of property must be down with our cause.
* FCC WILL contact owner of property (property owners have not been arrested or charged in past FCC raids; only operators are)

- 100 or more square ft

- access to studio 24/7

- Prefer East side of S.C. for better reception but are open to other site possibilities
