V-Man of Free Radio Santa Cruz spoke with Alejandro about labor conditions while working for D'Arrigo.

Alejandro is one of seven plantifs in a class action lawsuit filed against D'Arrigo. D'Arrigo was not paying their employees for the time they spent being bused (transported) to D'Arrigo's agricultural fields.

The judge in the case ruled in favor of the agricultural workers. The judge will determine the amount of back pay that D'Arrigo will ordered to pay the workers.
