Volunteers needed for largest annual water quality monitoring event in California
On Saturday, May 1 volunteers will check stream water quality up and down the Central Coast as part of the 5th Annual Snapshot Day. Locally, water quality will be monitored in the coastal watersheds of Santa Cruz Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Four-hour training and calibration sessions will be held on Saturday, April 24 in both Santa Cruz and Monterey at Natural Bridges State Park and CSUMB respectively.
