Why would a president who did everything he could to not put on a uniform during wartime but couldn’t wait to don one years later as the most protected person on Earth, cast aspersions about a guy who volunteered to wear one in Vietnam and upon arriving back home as a decorated vet did everything he could to help other soldiers take theirs off? When I used to eat only raw foods, people would constantly ask me what I ate. It was really weird! Eating raw eliminates *a lot* of the crap that is not healthy to eat in the world. You also do not support as many industrial giants and processed food corporations.

California Court Rules SF Same-Sex Marriages are Void

On August 12, the California State Supreme Court ruled that San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom lacked the authority to issue same-sex marriage licenses, and therefore that the marriages that took place are void. Over 3900 same-sex couples were married at SF City Hall earlier this year. However, the court did not rule on the issue of whether or not same-sex marriages should be legal. Protests were held in cities all over the state. In Santa Cruz, people gathered at the Town Clock. (
