I'm glad this article contains BOTH decisions---the ICJ decision and the Israeli Supreme Court decision. Unlike previous articles, which made no mention of the Israeli Supreme Court Decision on the legality of Israel's security barrier. Pro-Palestinian groups had filed the lawsuit.
But, this article is seriously flawed because it makes NO MENTION of the 1st part of the Israeli Supreme Court decision ---that the security barrier is LEGAL under Israeli law because of the national security aspects and because of Israel's responsibililty to protect its civilian population from attack. 107 suicide bombers have come from the West Bank in the past 3 and a half years (maybe more--since I got this number a couple of months ago).
Why didn't the author include the FULL Israeli Supreme Court decision in this posting? I think its obvious---the author is highly biased against Israel and all readers should take that into consideration when reading this article.
Israel Supreme Court ALSO ruled the barrier is LEGAL
