S.C. has very oppressive homeless laws, but the county is a lot more lax. I've never seen this degree of hatefulness here. It sickens me that these BACFP/tys are out to terrorize the people who need help the most!! Their arguments about the homeless bringing more crime are baseless. Study after study shows that people of lower incomes are not any less moral than the rest and, in fact, are far more giving in relation to their income than are the middle or upper class.

Keep up the pressure on these bastards who dare terrorize the innocent victims of our vicious capitalist system! Have you taken the camera out to one of their protests? It sure would be helpful to have their pictures posted up on the Internet for all the world to see. (Address are kind of nice, too. And fair, since they make it a point to let everyone know where the homeless are at.) ;-)
