A year and a half ago I floated on SF-IMC the notion of putting into practice a sort of Marshal Plan tailored to the needs of the Palestinian population, including an important element of deprogramming. Back then I said it should be applied on the basis of the lessons learned from the de-Nazification of the erstwhile Western Germany.
