Hi all, we can boycott the Bell *everyday* by not buying meat and supporting the meat industry on which Taco Bell depends.
If enough people become vegeterian and learn new recipies, the price of meat will decline as the industry seeks to unload their dead flesh if few people buy it. Then the industry will collapse, waterways will no longer be polluted with manure, millions of animals and birds will not suffer and thousands of underpaid people of color will not be exposed to horrific working conditions in racist slaughterhouses.
An injury to one is an injury to all! (animals and slaughterhouse workers)!
A healthy organic food industry can replace the horrific jobs lost in slaughterhouses. In addition to the animals, think of the people who do the killing all day long in racist conditions just so we can eat meat!
Check out The Compassionate Cook and other great cookbooks to learn delicious non meat recipes.
Also, a vegetarian dies lowers blood pressure, cholesterol and makes it easy to not gain weight.
