If you had actually been to one of these protests (at least in SF or Livermore) you would have seen people staffing the table that discusses 9-11 and handing out deception dollars. There was even a video series shown at the very end about CIA spy stuff and the like.

As with most things, the truth about 9-11 probably lies somewhere in the middle between the deception dollar viewpoint and the 9-11 commission report. After listening to the explanations of some of the conspiracy theories by the editor of popular mechanics on coast to coast radio show (also linked from Alternative Media at pagesincolor.com) I am inclined to believe that the WTC towers really did collapse due to fire and airplane impacts alone and that building 7 had 25% of its structure missing before it collapsed, as it was damaged by the collapse of the WTC. However, that doesn't mean that there weren't other aspects to 9-11 that are beyond belief. Hijackers who were failing their flight instruction courses who were able to fly commercial aircraft in highly acrobatic manuvers that the on board software was not programmed to allow in the first place is just one example.
