Wal-mart employ's millions of people. Don't you think that if was such a terrible place to work it would have a harder time finding staff. Furthermore, the promotion rate of hourly employees within wal-mart is over 70% into mangement. That is with a degree or without. At most conpanies hourly employees would stay hourly employees their whole careers.
