You could send someone to UCSC PD to file a complaint against this undercover cop. If folks at UCSC don't seem to recognize him as a UCSC cop...He could have been brought in from another UC campus, so you could try posting to different indy sites throughout the state, or emailing campus organizers at different uc campuses. It does seem more likely that he is a UC cop than a Santa Cruz cop, but you could also check there...
