Rotkin answers (and ducks) a few questions on the closing of the Pacific Coast Cooperative in a long interview (mostly about UC Police Violence against Tent University Santa Cruz, the City's Sleeping Ban, and other topics). It's also on the HUFF website as described in the comment above and about an hour and a quarter into the show.
In the interview, Rotkin acknowledges having promised in November 2003 to reform his 2000 Medical Marijuana Law and says he's "considering".
Perhaps he'll consider a little harder if he gets a call at 420-5023. "Tax and regulate" might be a good idea for such clubs here in Santa Cruz.
