Using my deductive reasoning skills, I would guess that this guy is not "Joe Cop" from the local station. He looks like he is suspiciously behind in his donut quota. Seriously, if you look around his eyes, you can tell he is at least 40, but his body looks rock-hard. (Don't get a big head, buddy. Rock-hard bodies count for very little around here.)

I would bet he is somekind of special agent. Homeland Security, FBI or maybe one of those ex-Marines who is hired as a "special consultant" who *think* they can do whatever they want? Just a guess.....
