from what I recall, ward churchill was against the forcible movement of indigenous peoples in nicaragua by the sand. govt. I don't see why this makes him a scoundrel. yes, the right wing used anyone's arguements against the sandanistas as REASON to overthrow, but that's no reason not to criticise a government when they are doing the wrong thing. Secondly, though I am happy you got to spend time in nicaragua, can yo please address the issue of good germans and how good americans are any different????
