"We Don't Need the Bosses, the Bosses Need Us!!!" is a pretty slogan, but if so, why is the IWW not helping workers become ex-workers, living without bosses? Unions need bosses, to answer their demands/pleas (usually with a no), and to give them tokens and trinkets.
