Marriott Town Place Suites
Barry Swenson Builder has received City approval to build a new 4-story 95 suite hotel adjacent to the Los Gatos Creek trail by the HWY 17 overpass. Located on E. Campbell Avenue.

Already under construction is the four-story Townplace Suites, a 95-room extended stay business hotel, being built by Barry Swenson Builder for Marriott Hotels on the south side of E. Campbell Avenue between the Los Gatos Creek (former Andy’s BBQ site). A Fall 2005 completion is anticipated.
