A hydroelectric dam will do absolutely NOTHING but perpetuate industrial civilization, its greenhouse gases and its general destruction of the Earth. Yeah, humans are endangered, but only because of their own stupid civilization. So, LET THIS FUCKING CIVILIZATION DIE! "Progress" with hydroelectric dams is no better than "progress" with hydrocarbons. And BTW, the construction and operation of this dam requires other sources of energy (i.e. natural gas from Afghanistan).
