I occasionally visit indymedias through my gov't job in the national resources area- except I know they record our web visits so I try to avoid checking the news too much. I wonder if the California Antiterrorism task force which has been known to cite San Francisco indymedia postings in its memos to police warning them of trouble- for instance when the pacifists went to protest at the Oakland docks at 5am two years ago, and the police all came off their buses and vans already wearing facemasks and started firing wooden dowels at them.
