If you had any commitment to the public that pays your salary and the ridership who depend upon you, you'd have hired replacement drivers already. Instead you let busses sit idle while students and the working poor suffer from this transportation crisis.
You should be fired for incompetency, along with all of your staff. If you can't provide drivers, what are we paying you for? Do your job, or stand aside for someone who will do it.
