women under 18 are called "girls", as in they are children u moron. They can't get a dental, a heart transplant, or another medical procedure without parental consent without parental consent.
As for the millionares, when was the last time u heard of planned parenthood opening on rodeo drive. They locate themselves in hoods and barrios in order to target minority communities.
