An injury to one is an injury to all. There will never be and end to sexism, racism, homophobia, economic abuse and war as long as humans wage war upon the animals.

Animals are the worlds largest oppressed group. If humans abuse their power over animals, this legitimizes the abuse of power over "other" humans. The fact that "others" dont look like us is no justification for abuse, whether the "other" is a human or a non human.
