MM, you fool, in the trial it was stated that Walker never identified himself to Cardenas, which is most cases is a cause for getting one's entire conviction thrown out. Therefore, Cardenas was running away from an unidentified madman, as far as he knew, and had every right to flee. Then he was shot in the BACK. How can a man, even with a gun, be a credible threat to someone if he is running away from him? It's illogical.
