I'm so excited that this event is occurring.
I really respect that people in our community
our so dedicated as to make an event of this
importance Actually Happen. I also appreciate
that whomever wrote the indymedia story (or
i suppose activists organizing the workshops
as a whole) refrained from using the term
"nonviolent" prior to direct action in
the description of the event. For too long
we have allowed our oppressors to define
the nature of OUR revolutionary dialogue,
positing both property destruction and physical
self defense as "violent." The capitalist state
is clearly violent, and its footsoldiers the
obvious aggressors in our communal condition;
And we ought shame those who held at gun
point have the daring to turn it the other way?
I refuse and I resist. I stand with all Sisters
and Brothers who fight for freedom and self-
determination. In Perpetual Conflictuality with
