These guys look pretty cool. Did they have to "move along" after every hour? People the world wide who suffer financial hardship make small amounts of money doing street vending - too bad it is illegal in Santa Cruz; it would help these folk to be more self-sufficient. Austin TX set aside a small urban park for street vending. Wonder why we can't do that here? Would reduce panhandling, which nobody likes.
