The following is an excerpt from the Halliburton Financial News Pages (where Cheney is still on the payroll): Revenues were $3.6 billion in the second quarter 2003, up 11 percent from the second quarter 2002. This increase is largely attributable to increased activity in certain Engineering and Construction Group ("ECG") projects, including government services work in the Middle East.
