Until this winter I haven't been sick for years. I was even
incarcerated for six months without my supplements and didn't get sick.
That is until this winter. I was pretty sick for about a week. It happen
over Christmas after a small carbohydrate binge. Thought it was the
binge but could be wrong. I just don't know.
