There is tons of evidence showing the reality of the Chemtrail operation. If you knew the truth of the matter, it would totally blow your mind. The government says they don’t exist, but Kucinich wants Congress to take action

The debate surrounding the federal government’s alleged weather modification experiments has landed in the U.S. Capitol, thanks to Cleveland Democrat Dennis Kucinich. Representative Kucinich introduced the Space Preservation Act of 2001 on October 2 last year, seeking a “permanent ban on [the] basing of weapons in space.�

The bill, HR 2977, specifically outlaws a variety of weapons detailed in the December 6, 2001, Columbus Alive article “Stormy Weather,� which exposed allegations of secret government aerial spraying activities. Kucinich’s bill explicitly outlaws “chemtrails.�

Alive asked Kucinich why he would introduce a bill banning so-called chemtrails when the U.S. government routinely denies such things exist and the U.S. Air Force has routinely called chemtrail sightings “a hoax.�

“The truth is there’s an entire program in the Department of Defense, ‘Vision for 2020,’ that’s developing these weapons,� Kucinich responded. Kucinich says he plans to reintroduce a broader version of the bill later this month. “Plasma, electromagnetics, sonic or ultrasonic weapons [and] laser weapons systems� were among those banned by HR 2977.

Two scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base informed Alive of the ongoing secret experiments, one involving weather modification and the other involving the creation of an aerial antenna using a barium stearate chemical trail. The scientists referred to the work of legendary inventor Nikola Tesla. Before Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (or “Star Wars�), there was Tesla’s vision of high-tech space-based warfare and weather modification.

According to Tesla biographer Margaret Cheney, federal agents seized Tesla’s papers after his death in 1943. “[At] least one set of Tesla’s papers had reached Wright Field [now Wright Patterson Air Force Base],� Cheney wrote. The Aeronautic Systems Division at Wright Patterson admitted it had the Tesla papers but claim they were “destroyed.�

However, Tesla’s dream is embodied in a glossy brochure titled “Vision for 2020� released by the U.S. Space Command in 1998. The brochure states, “The emerging synergy of space superiority with land, sea and air superiority will lead to Full Spectrum Dominance.�

The Space Command spells out its purpose pretty plainly: “Dominating the space dimension of military operations to protect U.S. interests and investment.�

There’s nothing new here, for those who have been paying attention. In the 1970s, Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, bluntly stated in his book Between Two Ages, “Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need to be appraised… [T]echniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.�

On January 4 this year, Canadian Professor Michel Chossudovsky, of the Center for Research on Globalization at the University of Ottawa, issued a report noting that weapons have the ability to trigger climate changes. “Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the world’s climate. In the U.S., the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI),� Chossudovsky wrote. “Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction.�

Doubters of the military’s secret plans should refer to George and Meredith Friedman’s The Future of War, Power, Technology and American World Dominance in the 21st Century. The Friedmans, government-touted “arms experts� and favorites of the military-industrial complex, assert that “The American experience of power will rest on the domination of space.�

The U.S. Air Force giddily embraced the Friedmans’ thesis in the 1996 report “New World Vistas: Air And Space Power For The 21st Century.� The Air Force report notes, “In the next two decades, new technologies will allow the fielding of space-based weapons of devastating effectiveness to be used to deliver energy and mass as force projection in tactical and strategic conflict.�

State University of New York Professor of Journalism Karl Grossman, writing in 1999, revealed how the mainstream corporate press virtually ignores the government’s pronouncements while trade journals like Space News, Defense News, Aviation Week, Space Technology and Electronic Engineering Times routinely report on the military-industrial complex’s high-tech breakthroughs.

As for chemtrail skeptics, they might want to consult Rutgers University Political Science Professor Leonard Cole’s book Clouds of Secrecy: The Army’s Germ Warfare Test Over Populated Areas. Chemtrail deniers are apparently happy with the thought that their beloved paternalistic government would engage in aerial spraying over densely populated areas.

U.S. Representative Marty Sabo, a Democrat from Minnesota, denounced “the secret Army program to spray Minneapolis and other cities with chemicals in the 1950s and ’60s,� the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported in September 1994. “The idea that the government would use its own citizens as guinea pigs is appalling, and I condemn it in the strongest possible terms,� Sabo told a House subcommittee investigating the secret spraying, which used fluorescent tracers to mark wind patterns.

As for the Army, it argues that the secret Cold War-era spraying was not “human experimentation� since it didn’t target any specific individuals and the zinc cadmium sulfide used was harmless. But the International Agency for Research on Cancer lists all cadmium compounds as known cancer-causing agents.

Former students of Clinton Elementary in south Minneapolis told an investigating panel from the National Research Council that the Army’s secret chemical spraying adversely affected their health, according to the Star Tribune.

Skeptics who continue to insist the government would never be involved in secret aerial spraying, particularly in Ohio, may want to address their questions to the C-130 aircrews from the 910th Airlift Wing stationed at Youngstown’s Air Reserve Station. In July 2000, an Air Force press release bragged, “Fifteen service members from military installations in Germany and England were at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, 8-12 May, learning how to use chemicals to destroy the enemy… The seven airmen and eight soldiers learned how to plan, execute and oversee the entire process of applying pesticides by air.� The press release said the Youngstown air unit will only be used against “insects with their deadly diseases.�

Apparently insects take many forms. During the Seattle demonstrations against the World Trade Organization in November 1999, CNN reported that a military air unit with pathogen capacity to induce sickness in humans was deployed against the demonstrators.

Try Flight Explorer to see where those lines of clouds and ice crystals are born. Why do you see them on some days and not others? What do you know about the weather at flying altitudes? What about the commonly known fact fact that normal jet contrails dissolve typically within a couple of minutes, but these Chemtrails always last for hours, slowly dispersing and dissolving, looking like clouds, then a misty haze?

What about the fact that people see Chemtrails (which always last for hours) and normal jet contrails at the same time?

What about the fact that spray planes are regularly seen flying, spraying for a time over a an area, and then the line stops, as if switch has been TURNED OFF. A clear end in the line, and a clear beginning. Right over the city. What about that. None of the Chemtrai characteristics fall into line with normal jet contrail patterns.

And what about the fact that Will Thomas has documented statements from air traffic controllers that the chemtrail patterns were completely baffling them, as they had never seen anything like it before????

The difference is massive, and if you even get a chance to have someone point out the difference to you in the sky, you will see it clear as day. There is no question about it.

AS far as the "weather at flying altitudes" what we know is that contrails only happen at certain altitudes and temperatures, not all the time.

As far as testing. Great idea. Do you have some cash to put into the testing of air, water and earth samples, i'm sure it would yeild interesting results. Whatever it is they are spraying would have to come up in those samples. The reason being that even though cynical big mouths like you would love to debunk the story away, unfortunately for all of us, it isn't going anywhere. Normal persistent contrials have been shown to spread out and form cirrus layers since World War II.

Have you ever launched a weather balloon and seen how conditions in the atmosphere vary dramatically in as little altitude as 100 feet? Again.....easily explainable by ANY meteorologist.

Again, the atmosphere is FAR from being a fluid, calm, homogenous entity. Winds, pressure, temperature, humidity, etc. are all in a constant flux up at altitude. Have you ever been on a commercial airliner and flown through an "air pocket?" Again, easily explainable.

This has been shown to be a hoax. Not one air traffic controller has come forth, even after Will said they would.

Okay, somebody who amateurishly looks at the sky and can't even tell me the difference between high cirrus clouds and stratus is somehow qualified to tell me what a chemtrail is vs. a contrail? You mean someone who doesn't know FAA regs can look at intersecting trails and tell me that this is illegal? You mean someone who spends their lives in the ground (or in front of a computer) is qualified to tell an experienced pilot with 1000s of hours in the sky what is in the skies overhead?

The fibers are in a twisted ribbon shape ~3-5 microns thick by ~10 to 13 microns wide. * A microsopic particle count study in New Mexico shows a 16% increase in the magnitude of the average microscopic particle count data of 1999 vs. the average of the COMBINED YEARS of 1996, 1997 and 1998. The difference is significant - at the 99.9% plus level. * Unusual truck activity across the U.S. Trimac Western tanker trucks that DO NOT display DOT placard codes giving their contents, being WAVED THRU mandatory truck inspection stops! People who slow down to take a "look-see" are being shadowed 20-30 miles by civilian cars escorting the tanker trucks. * COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT ARE NOW BEING USED TO SPRAY - particularly BOEING planes. The extra tanks WERE NOT connected to the waste disposal system, but instead led to a box attached to the aircraft's central control and had piping leading to deliberately "hollowed out" wiring connected to the edges of the aircraft's wings. What are Contrails?

Streaks of condensed water vapor created in the air by jet airplanes at high altitudes. (Merriam-Websters)

Streamer of cloud sometimes observed behind an airplane flying in clear, cold, humid air. (Encyclopaedia Britannica)

A visible cloud streak, usually brilliantly white in color, which trails behind a missile or other vehicle in flight under certain conditions. (DOD Dictionary of Military Terms)

Contrails can exist in two forms: water droplet and ice crystal.

Under what conditions do Contrails form?

The primary factors in contrail formation are air temperature and moisture content. They are usually seen at the higher colder altidtudes, but will even occur at ground level in Antartica, sometimes causing a visibility problem for jets that take too long to take-off. Contrails started becoming a common sight during World War II, when bombers started flying at altitudes above 30,000 feet. They can exist in two forms: water and ice. A water droplet contrail occurs when an airplane flies though cold and supersaturated moist air and the warm water vapour produced by the engine condenses into tiny droplets. Under colder temperatures the water will freeze creating suspended ice-crystals.

A Contrail forms upon condensation of water vapour produced by the combustion of fuel in the airplane engines. When the ambient relative humidity is high, the resulting water-droplet and/or ice-crystal plume may last for several hours. The trail may be distorted by the winds, etc. (Encyclopaedia Britannica)

What are Chemtrails?

Streaks of chemicals created in the air by spray systems on airplanes at any altitude. Chemicals are sprayed via planes for many purposes including crop dusting and mosquito control. Also fuel is sometimes dumped to reduce weight before landing. But within the Chemtrail observer community Chemtrails are the product of an active large scale operation.

Chemtrails are said to vary from contrails in their length of persistence.

What the hell is really going on?

Some people are reporting what they describe to be unusual activity in the sky, including jets leaving trails at low altitudes, spray lines creating X's, S's and parallel lines, lines that slowly spread to create a canopy of haze, and reports of unusual smells, tastes, and even illness related to the trails.

Also, a reddish-brown gel, dropped from low-flying aircraft, has been observed by people in the past and was even documented on Unsolved Mysteries. Samples of this substance have been alledgedly analyzed by Margareta-Erminia Cassani and found to be teaming with biological organisms.

What would be the purpose of releasing these chemicals or biological agents?

This must be decided by the reader for themselves.

There are currently three main hypothesis:

Weather Modification

Humans have had the ability to physically affect the weather since learning how to seed clouds in 1946, or possibly 1880. The popular conception of weather manipulation is limited to cloud seeding, but the possibility that the extents of our abilities may have progressed in the meantime is definitely plausible. The fact that the military is very interested in weather control is no secret and many propose that the Chemtrail Phenomena is a part of this. If true, what is the goal of the weather modification and what negative effects could it have on the environment? NASA is currently conducting several programs that are studying the effects of contrails on weather and the effects do not appear to be beneficial.

Population Control

The use of chemical and biological agents by a government against it's own people is, unfortunately, a historical fact. Even unintentional accidents can occur. But, some people suggest that Chemtrails could actually be part of a program to reduce the population and many feel Chemtrails have caused them to become ill and perhaps they are right. If the Chemtrails contain biological agents then people already weakened by other factors may have even died as a result of the additional strain on their systems, but could such a diabolical purpose be the ultimate goal? History has taught that even the most unconscionable schemes can be made into reality by men filled with fear and hate, and with such weapons in the hands of government we must remain vigilant until answers are forthcoming.

Inoculation Program

Chemical and biological weapons have been used for centuries but have recently entered the world stage as a primary threat. Biological agents have the ability to spread and multiply in casualties. These bioweapons are easy to produce and difficult, but possible, to defend against. The recent actions of the military to require anthrax vaccines for all service personnel show that this matter is of high importance. Some propose that the government may be quietly releasing bioagents to vaccinate citizens via the air. This could account for reported illnesses since a vaccine sometimes makes a person sick. Municipal water supplies might not be universal enough and could be easily sampled and tested, but everyone breathes the air. And the federal government rules the air.

Why would Chemtrails be created in the daytime where anyone could see?

Since spraying is being reported day and night, it may be a necessity of the magnitude of the operation. Also, if people noticed trails that only occurred under the cover of darkness they might be more inclined to become suspicious. But when unusual activity occurs in the sky during broad daylight it goes unnoticed because the human mind attempts to interpret things based on past experience, thus a Chemtrail would be just a Contrail to most. If they even bothered to look up and notice.

Why would Chemtrails be created in such noticeable patterns?

If jet planes are used to provide aerial spray coverage of a particular area, and the planes are leaving a trail, there are going to be unusual patterns in the sky. Again, the human oblivious factor comes in to play to lower the impact of the lines.

When did all this start?

Reports of Chemtrails began slowly gaining momentum in 1999, and are increasing rapidly in 2000. There are reports and photographic evidence to suggest that some spraying was occuring as early as 1990.

What evidence exists to support a Chemtrail operation?

No concrete proof exists and no govermental admissions have been issued for the Chemtrail operation. It has been openly admitted by the Pentagon that the U.S. military has performed many biological warfare tests on unknowing servicemen in the past, additionally the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post have even reported that civilians may have died as a result of exposure to live agents sprayed by the Army and Navy during biological warfare tests.

There are thousands of reports and hundreds of photos. You must decide for yourself what they amount to. Some people think it is just contrails, but many are saying that there is more, that something unusual is happening.

The largest number of reports seems to be from the US, followed by Canada. Several other countries have some reports, often noted by western visitors. Since reports are coming from multiple countries, it seems to transcend individual governments. But with no obvious controlling body the answer remains to be seen.

Why did I see two suns?

These effects are all caused by the refraction of light.

In meteorology, Halo is the name given to a ring of light surrounding the sun or moon. This effect is produced by light as it passes through ice crystals suspended in the air. A Sundog is an even more elusive natural phenomena, which, utilizes the hexagonal shape of the ice crystals along with a "prefered" horizontal orientation of the crystal's flat faces. The Sundog appears, as a bright spot of light, usually to the left or right of the Halo, while the sun is lower in the sky. A Sunring, Chemring, or Chembow is based on the same priciple but created in the haze of heavy daytime spraying instead of ice crystals. These chemical Sunrings are quite large, probably larger than the water based 22 degree rings. The ring can appear as a 360 degree muted rainbow under ideal conditions. Along the ring, a chemical Sundog, or Chemdog may occur. This has been described by some as "two suns". Also a Chemdog may be formed in the precipitation of particles from below a Chemtrail. In this case the full Sunring is not created, but the brighter Chemdog is seen.

What is an Iridescent Chembow?

Why did I see a rainbow in a cloud or Chemtrail?

This effect is caused by the diffraction of light.

This is caused by Cloud Iridescence which occurs when sunlight is diffracted by water droplets to create an irregular-shaped rainbow. This effect can also be seen lighting up Chemtrails with a bright blob of spectrum-colors.

The term Chembow is popularly used to apply to both the "bow" of the Sunring and the rainbow-colored patch of the Iridescence effect. Perhaps more correctly applied to the former, as it actually is a bow.

What is the deal with the black lines?

Dark lines or trails in the sky can be caused by a variety of things. Sometimes even normal contrails can appear dark due to lighting effects or excessive pollution. Many black lines are the result of a trail casting a shadow onto a canopy of haze below. It can have the appearance of proceeding the airplane if the sun is shining from behind. Cloud cutting, the process in which a plane flies through a layer of cirrus aviaticus can sometimes create channels which also appear dark.

What about the silver orbs?

A rare but documented phenomena, silver orbs, which are also described as white or nickle in color, have been observed in conjunction with spraying. They are reported to hover in the general area of Chemtrails and then leave. These may be advanced military drones involved with testing the components of the trails. Sighting locations include California, Texas and Alabama.

A meeting has taken place recently between an investigative researcher and a well placed military source. The identity of both parties is to be protected. The source has intimate knowledge of at least one aspect of the aerosol operations, and asserts the following:
1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry.
2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%.
3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations.
4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release.
5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply.
6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems.
7. Most of the "players" are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush.
8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc.
9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.
10. This is the most dangerous and dark time that I have experienced in all of my years of serving this country.

I agree with Dianne Harvey. I certainly believe there is biological experimentation taking place on the public without our consent. However, it seems to me that, as Dianne says , spraying entire countries with biological warfare agents...whether to just test the substances or whether it's to specifially harm us....is not a very direct or sure way of accomplishing their supposed goal. Vaccines, flouride in the water supply, infecting ticks and mosquitoes with genetically engineered viruses and bacteria, etc, would seem to be more effective in targeting certain portions of the population. Unless the "elite" all live underground, they would also be affected by mass aerial spraying. Clifford's explanation may be part of the picture but I really don't believe it explains the main purpose of chemtrails. I suppose TPTB could concievably be vaccinated for all these different microbes....but what about all the metallic particles, polymers, barium, etc?

I am in complete agreement with you and complete disagreement with Diane Harvey on the subject of why chemtrails exist. Having studied population control issues for 11 years now, I think that there is a commitment by international leadership to dramatically lower the population by whatever means at their disposal. Fluoride, abortion, aspartame, birth control, vaccines, etc. are not enough. Former US Secretary of State Robert Mcnamara said as much in an explosive interview in "Paris Match" several years ago. Here is another of his quotes on it from 1979:
"There are only 2 possible ways a world of 10 Billion people can be averted. Either the current Birth rates must come down more quickly or current death rates must go up. There is no other way. There are of course many ways in which the death rates can go up. In a thermonuclear age, Wars can accomplish it very quickly and decisively. The debate surrounding the federal government’s alleged weather modification experiments has landed in the U.S. Capitol, thanks to Cleveland Democrat Dennis Kucinich. Representative Kucinich introduced the Space Preservation Act of 2001 on October 2 last year, seeking a “permanent ban on [the] basing of weapons in space.�

The bill, HR 2977, specifically outlaws a variety of weapons detailed in the December 6, 2001, Columbus Alive article “Stormy Weather,� which exposed allegations of secret government aerial spraying activities. Kucinich’s bill explicitly outlaws “chemtrails.�

Alive asked Kucinich why he would introduce a bill banning so-called chemtrails when the U.S. government routinely denies such things exist and the U.S. Air Force has routinely called chemtrail sightings “a hoax.�

“The truth is there’s an entire program in the Department of Defense, ‘Vision for 2020,’ that’s developing these weapons,� Kucinich responded. Kucinich says he plans to reintroduce a broader version of the bill later this month. “Plasma, electromagnetics, sonic or ultrasonic weapons [and] laser weapons systems� were among those banned by HR 2977.

Two scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base informed Alive of the ongoing secret experiments, one involving weather modification and the other involving the creation of an aerial antenna using a barium stearate chemical trail. The scientists referred to the work of legendary inventor Nikola Tesla. Before Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (or “Star Wars�), there was Tesla’s vision of high-tech space-based warfare and weather modification.

According to Tesla biographer Margaret Cheney, federal agents seized Tesla’s papers after his death in 1943. “[At] least one set of Tesla’s papers had reached Wright Field [now Wright Patterson Air Force Base],� Cheney wrote. The Aeronautic Systems Division at Wright Patterson admitted it had the Tesla papers but claim they were “destroyed.�

However, Tesla’s dream is embodied in a glossy brochure titled “Vision for 2020� released by the U.S. Space Command in 1998. The brochure states, “The emerging synergy of space superiority with land, sea and air superiority will lead to Full Spectrum Dominance.�

The Space Command spells out its purpose pretty plainly: “Dominating the space dimension of military operations to protect U.S. interests and investment.�

There’s nothing new here, for those who have been paying attention. In the 1970s, Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, bluntly stated in his book Between Two Ages, “Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need to be appraised… [T]echniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.�

On January 4 this year, Canadian Professor Michel Chossudovsky, of the Center for Research on Globalization at the University of Ottawa, issued a report noting that weapons have the ability to trigger climate changes. “Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the world’s climate. In the U.S., the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI),� Chossudovsky wrote. “Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction.�

Doubters of the military’s secret plans should refer to George and Meredith Friedman’s The Future of War, Power, Technology and American World Dominance in the 21st Century. The Friedmans, government-touted “arms experts� and favorites of the military-industrial complex, assert that “The American experience of power will rest on the domination of space.�

The U.S. Air Force giddily embraced the Friedmans’ thesis in the 1996 report “New World Vistas: Air And Space Power For The 21st Century.� The Air Force report notes, “In the next two decades, new technologies will allow the fielding of space-based weapons of devastating effectiveness to be used to deliver energy and mass as force projection in tactical and strategic conflict.�

State University of New York Professor of Journalism Karl Grossman, writing in 1999, revealed how the mainstream corporate press virtually ignores the government’s pronouncements while trade journals like Space News, Defense News, Aviation Week, Space Technology and Electronic Engineering Times routinely report on the military-industrial complex’s high-tech breakthroughs.

As for chemtrail skeptics, they might want to consult Rutgers University Political Science Professor Leonard Cole’s book Clouds of Secrecy: The Army’s Germ Warfare Test Over Populated Areas. Chemtrail deniers are apparently happy with the thought that their beloved paternalistic government would engage in aerial spraying over densely populated areas.

U.S. Representative Marty Sabo, a Democrat from Minnesota, denounced “the secret Army program to spray Minneapolis and other cities with chemicals in the 1950s and ’60s,� the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported in September 1994. “The idea that the government would use its own citizens as guinea pigs is appalling, and I condemn it in the strongest possible terms,� Sabo told a House subcommittee investigating the secret spraying, which used fluorescent tracers to mark wind patterns.

As for the Army, it argues that the secret Cold War-era spraying was not “human experimentation� since it didn’t target any specific individuals and the zinc cadmium sulfide used was harmless. But the International Agency for Research on Cancer lists all cadmium compounds as known cancer-causing agents.

Former students of Clinton Elementary in south Minneapolis told an investigating panel from the National Research Council that the Army’s secret chemical spraying adversely affected their health, according to the Star Tribune.

Skeptics who continue to insist the government would never be involved in secret aerial spraying, particularly in Ohio, may want to address their questions to the C-130 aircrews from the 910th Airlift Wing stationed at Youngstown’s Air Reserve Station. In July 2000, an Air Force press release bragged, “Fifteen service members from military installations in Germany and England were at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, 8-12 May, learning how to use chemicals to destroy the enemy… The seven airmen and eight soldiers learned how to plan, execute and oversee the entire process of applying pesticides by air.� The press release said the Youngstown air unit will only be used against “insects with their deadly diseases.�

Apparently insects take many forms. During the Seattle demonstrations against the World Trade Organization in November 1999, CNN reported that a military air unit with pathogen capacity to induce sickness in humans was deployed against the demonstrators.

I live in Indianapolis and when I went outside to go to work Wednesday morning I look up, as I usually do, but this time thinking there would be NO Chemtrails because for the first time none of the 4,000 daily flights would be up there.

I was absolutely floored when most of the sky was covered with Chemtrails. I know the characteristic tendrils and patterns of Chemtrails and these were them! They also were about 3-4 hours old for the most part because I also know how long Chemtrails take to reach certain stages of spreading. If you ever needed proof for government planes causing the Chemtrails, this is it!

It was impossible for these to be contrails from commercial planes ... because there were zero commercial planes in the air. None. They must have felt the need to spray during the night, because people would have been alarmed if they saw aircraft flying when all flights were grounded. People might think they are terrorists (not far from true) and bring much attention to them.

It's ironic that bin Laden would be the one to provide positive proof of spraying for you and put an end to it through your efforts armed with this absolute truth. So, please hurry to close this chapter out!

There might have been one instance when there was a specific topic, and i brought up chemtrails, but in that meeting there were several other "non related" issues brought up by others as well.

As far as what you said "people shouldn't get so upset about the issue" that is simply rediculous!
Let people decide for themselves what they should get upset about! People were certainly upset that they wanted to flouridate our water, spray poison weed killers on our roads, and many other things.

Getting "upset" about being relentlessly sprayed with unknown chemicals by white unmarked kc135 airforce tankers day in and day out is a normal and healthy reaction.

Being aware of injustice and exposing it is not "paranoia", jerry. No one has "cooked up" evidence here! The evidence is all over the place! Thousands of people are aware of the situation, judging from the vast amount of documentation and personal testamonial from all kinds of folks (right, left, and everyone in between including doctors and researchers, and other health care practioners) from all over the country and Canada and beyond. Are you going to just summerily dismiss all these peoples experiences, videos, photographs, and eye witness accounts, just because it doesn't fit comfortably into your belief system? What do they call that? (comfortably numb)!!

As far as people "taking over sites", that is rediculous. no one has taken over this site!

As far as not doing anything about it, how do you know what is being done about it?

Your comments are welcome of course, and I encourage you to LOOK UP and familiarize yourself with the difference between a normal jet contrail (which dissolves within minutes and are never seen in criss cross or lined patterns that last for hours) and Chemtrails (which DO last for hours and slowly dissolve, eventually looking like clouds, then a white mist).

If you do, one day you will realize that this is not only not "paranoia" but it is so obvious, it isn't even funny!

You see, they slowly have conditioned the population to accept the chemtrails, and think they are normal. They are not. If you take the time to educate yourself, and if you look up, you will notice them.
