Why is it that when I go to www.lp.org (as the article here tells me to do), it says that the state libertarian party is at www.ca.lp.org, and when I go there, it says that Ned Roscoe (www.smokersparty.com) is endorsed as the Libertarian Party candidate in the recall?

Why is it that I see Jack Hickey as an elected libertarian at that state website, but not Ned Roscoe, yet Roscoe and not Hickey appears to be the "official" gubernatorial candidate?

Why should I vote for Jack Hickey instead of Ned Roscoe?
