Clarification:
In your posting you seem to think that the targets of the "Move along" law are the homeless and that the impacts on street musicians and free speech are secondary. Yet with your own experiences with the City Council and their police you should know that the City government is very interested in selectively impeding free speech. My case is a free speech fight.
