California Department of Corporations and the 'anti-naked shorting' mafia
25 Nov 2005
by
Tony Ryals
Although James Dale Davidson was for years a principal part of Agora Inc.of Baltimore,Maryland and around the world and 'cyberspace',he was also,if not the first to use the 'naked shorting' claim to divert attention away from his own illegal pump and dump of worthless penny stock shares,(and not even audited by the SEC in this day and age),he was the first to take the claim to new levels as an organised penny stock scam. And to use the fraudulent claim that 'certs' or paper certificates were the only way to protect your investments in penny stocks from evil 'naked short' sellers who did their evil by way of 'electronic counterfeitting' of shares. Is he also connected to

Iraq: Turmoil Among the Warmakers, Challenge For the People
The war in Iraq, to understate the case, is not going well for the U.S. imperialists. The resistance to the U.S. occupation within Iraq has spread and grown more capable. The conflicts between the many different political, ethnic and class forces within Iraq show little sign of resolution, and the puppet Iraqi army is still not able to fight on its own. Making all this worse--from the imperialist standpoint, that is--is the increasingly widespread and sharp sentiment against the war within the U.S. itself. And interplaying with that is a growing disaffection and anger within the army itself.

(Updated)
by
From the Most Rev. Billy
It's Buy Nothing Day in Santa Cruz and all around the world. In celebration today, go out and enjoy the surf on this stormy day; check out Big Basin State Park; go kayaking in Elkhorn Slough; or, if it's raining, go see the Long Marine Lab. Above all, avoid those bastions of brazen corporate culture cookie-cutting, such as Capitola Mall. IF you do go, however, be sure to let em know that it IS Buy Nothing Day and that they need to be delivered from American Shopping Sleeping Sickness!
