I learned of this case very late in the game. I wish I had known of it earlier. Anyway, I read about Tookie in an African American newspaper. Immediately, my heart went out to this man and I began to pray. I don't know what God's Will is concerning this situation, but I hope He will give Tookie another chance so that he can repay the damage he has done. I believe it is a better sentence than giving his life. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but that's just my opinion. Still God is in control and His Will is the final say. I pray for Tookie's family and for the families that have been hurt because of gang violence. May there be restitution, not hatred and animosity against one another. We've got to come together to see the real enemy that comes to destroy us.

That is true they should not kill that man. Myself i beleive that he is innocent. A man on death row so long will soon confess.But in this case if was is not telling the truth he will have aplolgize to the vitims family.By killing him that is wasting talent. he writes good books that can help today's society.He will be in my prayers no matter what.

tookie was a good person after he realized what he had done wrong.if i was the family to those who died I would feel angrey but after i see what he is trying to do i would give him a nother chance but it to late now

i am sorry about what happened but it doesnt change what he did to thoes people. so he said he was a changed man, but that doesnt mean anything. i could say i could jump 20 feet high and i really can't he would of had to prove a very very long time to prove that he was really changed. i feel sorry that he had to die but come on if your mother or father was killed by him you would of wanted him to die and you wouldnt think anymore of him....
