Join us for dinner at 6:30, followed by 3 videos about political prisoners
& protest, including: "David Gilbert: A Lifetime of Struggle"; new footage
from recent protests in Guadalajara, and a video on eco-defense prisoners.
The screening will be followed by a discussion and Q & A. All proceeds
will benefit prisoners in Guadalajara currently facing trial. For further

Organizers Who Monitor Police Activities Arrested
Update: "
Malcolm X Grassroots Movement Members Arraigned"
Three members of the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement,
Lumumba Bandele, Desaw Floyd, and Djbril Toure were
arrested in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn
just past midnight this morning. At the time of their
arrest, the three were engaged in the legal monitoring
of police activities as part of the Malcolm X
Grassroots Movement Copwatch Program.
