4:48PM PDT: Global Indymedia has a feature up here with some more infortation. The subpoena has not been seen nor is the ISP talking, possibly due to a gag order, so currently little is known.

5:32PM PDT: Infoshop has information that Rackspace, the ISP, is indeed under a gag order about the seizure. They also mention that the request did come from Swiss authorities.

5:37PM PDT: To clarify, it appears that Swiss authorities contacted the US FBI to seize equipment in the UK which was running a French imc website, possibly for containing pictures of undercover Swiss police.
