Looking at the two bulldozers, note that the lights are mounted differently on the top of the cab on the "blue" one and flush with the top of the cab on the "red" one.

In the other photo--not only are the feet missing, but the two figures are standing at an unnatural angle, different from what we would expect with the force of gravity. My Dafka sources tell me the IDF investigation concluded that the photos were doctored.

I do NOT believe Corrie was murdered. First, no one knows what was in the mind of the bulldozer driver, so only HE knows for sure if he intentionally ran over Rachel Corrie.

But, the ISM volunteers said "they always stopped before" indicating that when they saw a person in their path, they stopped.

The blade, according to the website selling Caterpiller bulldozers, says the blade is 8 ft. 4 inches high. It would be very hard for Corrie to get up high enough to be seen over the blade.

ISM witness, Joseph Smith testified "she sat in the pathway of the bulldozer". For her to be eye-level with the driver she would have had to get up 9 ft 10 inches. this strains credibility.

So its entirely possible the driver did NOT see her. Since he had stopped each time before, and since he told the IDF investigation that he ran over her accidentally, I think the charge of murder is pretty far-fetched.
